FAA changes their tune on roving DHS TFR

The initial policy was stupid and violated the 1st Amendment. Thankfully, cooler heads prevailed after the backlash, but you can still get hit with a fine if you're within 3000 feet of a DHS operation that you're unaware of. Lawsuits ongoing.
